Womens Health and Wellness Day is a celebration of womens bodies and an opportunity for education and empowerment. The event will include presentation-style learning opportunities as well as experiential classes. Our third annual WHWD will consist of three tracks: General Wellness Track, Movement Track and a Post-Partum Track. This event will cover a wide range of wellness topics, finding your voice, including nutrition, meditation, yoga, post partum management and pelvic health.
