Everyone has times when they are feeling down, but sometimes it can be hard to get rid of the blues and boost your mood. As a college student, there are many things that could impact your feelings (i.e., academics, friends, family, work, etc.). This workshop is designed to help you identify what is causing you to feel down and give you tools to boost your mood and increase positive feelings through self-awareness and coping skills.
