Whether you are new to yoga or already love yoga, this beginner-level, 50-minute vinyasa yoga class (outdoors if weather is nice/indoors during inclement/cold weather) will indulge your senses while focusing on increasing balance, flexibility and strength in your body, especially core strength. This class also helps to relax and focus the mind in getting grounded in your healthy intentions and self-care.

Nourish. Work up a good appetite and then enjoy one of the best brunches in DC, a chef-prepared healthy & delicious breakfast buffet with fresh-squeezed orange juice, bottomless mimosas at Kingbird - Watergate's upscale restaurant overlooking the beautiful Potomac River!
