It is important for teens, parents, caregivers, and school personnel to know the signs that a young person is struggling with his or her mental health. The ADHD Resource Group of Northern Virginia is hosting a non-profit event viewing of the documentary ANGST at the Johnson Center Cinema within George Mason University on October 19th at 10am and 6pm.

The ANGST: Raising Awareness Around Anxiety documentary film highlights students living with anxiety disorders and how they can be helped. This is a great way to start a discussion with educators, parents, preteens, teens and young adults about anxiety. There will be a panel of professionals who will be able to answer some of your burning questions. The 10am panel will also discuss anxiety and trauma in the classroom. We offer discounts for all students and educators!
