***CLASS AVAILABILITY. In response to local and national government recommendations and the most recent information on COVID-19 (Coronavirus), each class will be limited to one student beginning in May. We will be following all CDC guidelines in regards to cleaning and sanitizing practices in our studio. If either myself, or the student, should have any symptoms of COVID-19 on the day of the scheduled class, we will reschedule to a date no earlier than 14 days from the original class date. Please note that our refund policy will not change during this time. If you register for a class but we are unable to have the class for any reason, you will be able to reschedule for another date.***

In the Sweet Shots: Beginner Photography Class for Parents, youll walk through every feature, setting, and real-life strategy that no camera-owning parent or business owner should be without. You will leave the class with a firm understanding of your camera and how to take your cameras settings off automatic.

Is this class for me?

You have a DSLR or mirrorless camera (Canon, Nikon, Sony, etc.) that you don't know how to use.

Who is this class NOT for?

I will not be discussing the business of photography in this class. If you are looking for a mentor to learn about having a photography business, I do offer mentoring sessions. You can find more information on my website

If you already know all the bells & whistles of your camera and can consistently take properly exposed and creative photos while in manual mode, you are probably too advanced for this class.

Only 1 student per class to ensure plenty of time to answer individual questions and receive feedback.

New dates are added on the 15th of every month.

While this listing is for one-on-one teaching, we are always happy to teach more than one person at a time! Can accomodate groups up to 10 students. *We will contiue to follow CDC guidelines regarding gatherings and will schedule for a date that follows these guidelines.
