Come enjoy the beauty of the Capitol Riverfront while getting in a great workout to start your day! Join Boot Camp with Jenny for a free outdoor boot camp class at the stairs on the river-side of Nationals Park (across from the new Dacha). We will be doing a mix of cardio and strength exercises using your own body weight in a circuit-style format. All exercises are scalable and all ability levels are welcome! Bring water and a yoga mat if you have one (we will have plenty to share if you don't). We'll meet at the Nationals Park Grand Staircase on the south side of the stadium, right near the corner of 1st St and Potomac Ave SE. Hope to see you there!
