Friends of the National Arboretum (FONA) and the Washington Youth Garden present eight free evenings of music in the Meadow for the 2019 Summer Evenings at the U.S. National Arboretum. Bring a lawn chair or blanket, and relax below the Capitol Columns. All of these concerts hosted by FONA are free, but reservations are required. Sorry, dogs and outside alcohol are not permitted. Gates open at 6pm. Concerts go 7:00pm-8:30pm. Please enter through the R Street NE Gate (GPS: 2400 R St. NE, Washington, DC 20002)
This year we are happy to announce our food and beverage vendors The Greater Cater and Republic Restoratives Distillery. The Greater Cater with be serving up The St. Louis meals on June 6th, 13th, and 27th. Republic Restoratives will be providing delicious cocktails featuring the local favorite spirit Civic Vodka and fresh pressed juices for the kiddos all summer long.
