Watching an electronic musician play track after track of unrelenting electro can get to be a little uninspiring. This is why three Canadians banded together and formed The New Deal in 1998 with the intention of creating music that sounds like its being produced by a music program, but in actuality is being created by three intelligent musicians playing bass, drums and keyboards. The style of music The New Deal creates is aptly called livetronica.
