COVID-19 Safety Guidelines for the in-person event

What we ask from attendees:Be vaccinated if eligibleGet a COVID test before you travel if possible; if unable to get tested, please isolate for 10+ daysUpon arrival, you will be asked to sign a COVID-19 safety acknowledgmentIf you have any COVID-like symptoms, have been exposed to someone who tested positive for COVID-19, or have traveled internationally within 14 days of the event, you will not be permitted to attend in-person Masks will be REQUIRED for all in-person functions. Violators will be asked to leave the event. Please understand there is risk involved when attending any in-person eventPlease note plans are subject to change and MHA will keep you updated

Registration for the in-person and virtual event will open on April 6, 2021. Starting May 1, there will be a price increase on virtual tickets. Virtual tickets include 30-day access to the platform to view on-demand content. In-person registration includes access to the virtual platform for the duration of the event only. 30-day access to the platform may be added on by in-person attendees for a fee of $50.
Group pricing - Attend as a group of 4 or more and receive 25% off in-person registration. Virtual group pricing of 5-50 for $150. Please contact Catherine Reynolds at firstname.lastname@example.org for special group pricing over 50 people.

Closed captioning and interpreting services will be available for both the in-person and virtual event. Make requests for accommodations on the registration form or by contacting Catherine Reynolds at email@example.com. The Hyatt Regency Washington is ADA Accessible.
Refund Policy Information
We know there is no way to predict what may happen in the future, that is why we are offering all of our attendees a free cancellation and flexible refund policy. In the event an attendee is no longer able to attend or the event moves completely online, all persons registered will receive a full refund.
