Our region and our nation are facing the greatest health crisis in recent history. The misuse of opioids in our community has skyrocketed and our response as a community is critical.

The Charles County Commission for Women joins forces with local officials and community partners to host a community conversation about the opioid crisis.

Come learn how we got here, how lives have been impacted, and what actions we can take as a community in the fight against opioid abuse.

You will also have the chance to walk through the H.O.P.E. (Heroin Overdose Prevention Education) trailer from the Charles County Sheriff's Office.

Come learn what you can do to help advocate for change in our community.

Narcan Training will be available for up to 30 participants.

The event is free and open to the public. All are welcome!
