Located in the village of Watkins Glen is the Watkins Glen State Park which has a long reputation of leaving the visitors spellbound. Throughout the 2 miles (3.15 kilometers) site there are numerous streams, lakes, waterfalls, picnic facilities, campsites and also a magnificent gorge. Recreational facilities like fishing, swimming in the Olympic-size pool, boating and hiking can be enjoyed in the arms of nature. A day picnic or an over-night camp at the Park would be a great adventure!
