This 126-acre (50.9 hectare) park is a great place to seek a moment of serenity, with just the soothing sounds of leaves rustling in the breeze and chirping birds. Peppered with a number of meandering trails that lead through the forest, this is a great place for a peaceful walk through the woods. Its vast stretches of shaded lawns make perfect picnic spots. Beat the summer heat with a refreshing dip in the swimming area in the park. Certain sections of the park can also be rented for private events.
