What was once an old train station, Mayfield Depot is today one of the hottest cultural hub and entertainment venues in Manchester. This abandoned train station got a makeover in the year 2013 and since then has been frequently hosting major concerts by local artists. International artists like Tino Sehgal, Massive Attack, Ariana Grande have also graced the venue with their performances. It’s indoor performance arena combined with the open warehouse space can accommodate up to 10000 people at a time. Their open warehouse space also is used as a multi-purpose venue for hosting retail exhibitions, pop-up food stalls as well as trade fairs.
