Theater am Aegi

The interior of this theater, that was once a cinema still holds its 1950s charm. Since 1967 it has been Hanover's biggest venue for guest performances. After several reconstructions it now has 1168 seats, good acoustics and a modern stage. Dramas and comedies, very often with well-known actors from TV, are mostly staged here. Musicals, children's theater, cabaret, acapella groups, big band concerts and ballet, all find a spot on this stage.
