Four Peaks has been a staple Tempe drinking establishment since it first opened in 1996. In fact, Four Peaks is one of the pioneers of the craft beer craze in Arizona. In 2014, the brewery was purchased by mega-conglomerate beer producer ABInbev, so Four Peaks is no longer independent, but it hopes to continue with its beer lineup that made them famous in the first place. Try the popular Kilt-Lifter or the 8th Street Pale Ale in addition to their seasonal beers and cask-conditioned ales. The brewery is housed in what was an old creamery and the building still retains many of its historical vestiges. Moreover, the kitchen serves wings, burgers, pizzas and everything else that pairs well with suds.
