One of the renowned structures of Liverpool, the Cunard Building lies at the Pier Head, adjacent to the Liver Building along with the Port of Liverpool Building. Together they are known as the Three Graces, as they border the city’s waterfront. This designated site of English heritage dates back to the 1910s and is constructed in the Italian Renaissance style, incorporating some elements from the Greek revival style. It was built as the home of Cunard Line’s headquarters. However, today the building serves as the abode of many government and private offices.
