Amstelpark is a large park located in the borough of Amsterdam- Zuid. This park was first opened for the gardening exhibition of Floriade in the year 1972. Known for its long stretches of rhododendron flowers, this park has a lovely labyrinth, two galleries, a petting zoo and an orangery. Enjoy a round of golf at the mini-golf course and then go for a meal at the restaurant located within the park. Many tourists visit this place each year to witness the picturesque view of the Japanese garden flanking the Great Pond.
