Faith resides in many forms in the St John’s Church. This active institute of faith is located in the Church Lane region of Ellel in Lancashire. An Anglican Church, St John’s is a designated site of English heritage. Built in the beginning of 20th Century, the building represents grandeur and monumental beauty. The site also housed another church of 19th Century. Built in the Perpendicular style of architecture, the church is constructed with sandstone rubble adorning a red-tiled roof. The modest churchyard is the abode of memorials belonging to war veterans and known men.
