This Roman Catholic parish has received much appreciation and compliments for its architecture and how well its been maintained over the years. Pleasington Priory, which is also the Church of St Mary and St John the Baptist is a 19th century Grade I listed place of worship. Designed by John Palmer, Pleasington is a magnificent sight in Lancashire.
