The lovely Bembridge Windmill lies in the village of Bembridge in Isle of Wight. This tower mill is four-storeyed and was built in 1700. Powered by wind energy until 1913, it was used for grinding animal feed. Turner painted this mill in 1795 and restoration work took place here in 1959. Having a boat-cap on top, this mill has four common sails. National Trust took over the windmill and it is open to public.
