Invergordon, Invergordon, United Kingdom, IV18
Invergordon is a port town that lies in the Highland council area of Scotland. This town is most known for it's history, mainly the Invergordon Mutiny in 1931 and for having a rig construction yard somewhere between 1970 and 1980. Recently the rigs situated in the Cromarty Firth which is nearby to the town, have required repairs and this town is known to play a major part in the repairs. It also is home to the well known Whyte and Mackay whisky, which is a grain whisky distillery. This port town is also a stop over for a number of cruise liner ships. Invergordon is a lovely coastal town to visit in the Easter Ross.
