Commissioned in the 19th Century, Thalia Hall is now a historic landmark of national importance. The construction work was undertaken by John Dusek, an entrepreneur who wished to give the public a place to gather. After undergoing thorough renovations in 2013, the hall now not only has a quaint historic charm but also has the latest technology required for the shows which are hosted here. Along with concerts by nationally and internationally known stars, the hall also hosts a number of other artistic and cultural events. There is also a British-style bar known as the Punch House at this venue where you can sip on zippy cocktails before or after your event.
