Spanning across 9,000 square feet (96,875.2 square feet), De Vasim is a massive complex that is the base of more than 40 artists and houses studios, workshops, offices and cultural organizations in its premises. The former NYMA factory which was an artificial silk yard with its huge arches is a distinct landmark in the neighborhood. This waterside venue also has a multifunctional arena that is used for shows, exhibitions, concerts, festivals and theater.
