Haus der Jugend Barmen is a thriving community venue in the heart of Wuppertal. Famous as a popular city youth center, it offers a varied program of cabaret acts, literature readings, theatricals, and well-curated concerts, among other events. The cultural house occupies a 19th-century Hall of Fame and the building serves as a fine example of the Neo-Renaissance architectural style. Dance galas and children's theater festivals are also organized at Barmen's Haus der Jugend.
