Situated in the Old Town, the Rathausplatz is the town hall square that was constructed in 1845. The square is flanked by beautiful historic buildings and beautifully landscaped with trees and a fountain in the center. A picturesque place for catching a breather when in the city, it is also host to occasional public events and performances.
