Built in 1696, the Evangelisch-Lutherse Kerk is an active church that has over 300 members. Designed by architects, Kazemier and Tonkens, the church boasts of a main hall, a rectory and a courtyard. Several stained glass windows also adds to the beauty of this historic monument. A plaque featuring the shape of a swan also graces the facade of the church. Also home to the remains of organ builder Albertus Antoni Hinsz, the Evangelisch-Lutherse Kerk is a church frequented by many.
