Swinney Recreation Center

The Center strives to provide a platform for students to pursue a physical activity of their choice and use exercise as an antidote to stress and anxiety. Regular physical exercise leads to improved focus, better moods and motivation and primes the brain to learn faster. The endorphins released during exercise trigger positive emotions and result in a feeling of well-being . Classes and workshop at the center at are geared to meet wellness goals of students.
