County Cricket Ground known as County Ground or Racecourse Ground was built in 1863. This ground has hosted different sports like horse racing, football and was also home to the Derby County Football Club. Currently used for cricket games, it houses the prestigious and renowned Derbyshire County Cricket Club. In 2010, the ground was revamped; additional seating stand was added and the existing facilities were upgraded. With a capacity of 9500 (4000 seating capacity), it also hosts entertaining shows and private events.
