Juried shows, artist-curated exhibits , performances by avant-garde musicians and affordable yoga classes for everyone seems to be an eclectic mix of events for a small art gallery in Cambridgeport but it describes perfectly the endeavours of Gallery 263. A non-profit that showcases the works of local and regional artists to promote ' engagement, enrichment and exchange', the gallery aims to empower artists and nurture innovation. Art workshops for children, artists-in-residence programs, musical evenings and several classes of yoga during the week are some of their outreach programs that involve the entire community.
