The Charles Dullin Theater was first established in the year 1824 under the guidance of the architect Charles Bernard Pellegrini in dedication to Charles Dullin, an actor and director who greatly contributed to French cinema. However, the original structure was destroyed in a fire and later reconstructed at the end of the 19th Century. The interiors of the theatre are grandly decorated with detailed murals giving the visitor an insight to historic French cinema. It usually leaves its guests in awe cause of the grandeur of the interiors.
