The campus of Onondaga Community College is sprawled over 280 acres (113.31 hectares) with multiple buildings standing amid green lawns. It is famous for its vocational education and preparatory programs that typically last for two years. The associate degrees and certificates are available in fields such as architecture, forensic science, photography, hospitality, interior design, cooking and fire protection technologies. It is most popular for courses in arts, music and media and even has studios for video editing and music mixing. Students can also participate in running a radio station and in national athletic events.
