The Glasgow Art Club has been around since 1867 and finds itself located in 2nd-century old town houses which now include an art gallery, a bar, a restaurant, a library and event spaces. This club prefers to brand itself as anti-establishment as it does not discriminate like private clubs do; in fact all of its members are from diverse economic, social and racial backgrounds.
