Geneva is blessed with nature, mountains, beautiful parks and picturesque sights. The Parc des Eaux-Vives is an 8.5-hectare (21-acre) public park in Geneva. Like most parks in Geneva, this one used to be a domain belonging to several families throughout the centuries, and it was eventually bought by the Eaux-Vives neighborhood of Geneva at the beginning of 1900s. The residence turned into a gastronomic restaurant and a five-star hotel. Great for a lazy summer afternoon, the park is located on the shores of Lake Geneva and is accessed by the Quai Gustave-Ador and the plateau de Frontenex.
