Named after the famous Austrian composer, Anton Bruckner, the Brucknerhaus has been a hot spot for concerts since 1974. The building has been built to the designs of Kaija Siren and Heikki Siren, celebrated Finnish-born architects. Located right on the shore of the Danube, visitors can enjoy music performances of all kinds, from classical to jazz, and more. Nearly 200 recitals and performances are held every year. Brucknerhaus also hosts the Brucknerfest and Ars Electronica event.
