The Burgbühne is the city's primary theater and is host to a plethora of shows throughout the winter season. The theater club of Oberkirch hosts all its events at this particular venue. However, inclement weather in winter is common so, as a contingency, the ’S Freche Hûs is available as an indoor venue to host theater shows and cultural events instead of the regular outdoor stage.
