Located opposite the Parque Marítimo César Manrique, the enclosure of the Trade Center houses offices, Palmetum, the law courts as well as a new Auditorium. The facility is split into three areas and is often used as an open air exhibition center. This place has an attached parking and is armed with the most advanced technological facilities. Since the inception of the institution in 1996, the fairgrounds have hosted a variety of events, mostly fairs, exhibitions and similar gatherings.
