The Stadhuis Brugge (City Hall) is a gothic masterpiece from 1376. Its facade had been partially destroyed during the French Revolution, however much of the original still remains, thanks to some timely refurbishments. This is one of the oldest city halls in the country and has an opulent style and the interior reflects its beauty with vaulted timber ceiling and artwork, including wall murals.
