Opened in 2005 to a warm reception from the fun loving people of Wetzlar, the Rittal Arena Wetzlar comfortably hosts up to 6000 spectators in its spacious and well-equipped confines. Primarily an indoor sports arena, non-match days see a flurry of activity in the form of the concerts, cultural events and more. The arena is home to local soccer club HSG Wetzlar.
