Münsterplatz, Ulm, Germany, 89031
The Münsterplatz, or cathedral square, sits in the shadow of the beautiful Ulm Cathedral, the foundation of which was built in 1377. The Münsterplatz has been used in many different ways throughout the years, but is today used for hosting a weekly market, as well as seasonal markets - like the beloved Christmas market - throughout the year. The square has also put on major concerts; international bands that have played at the Münsterplatz include The Who, Pink, and Joe Cocker.
