Located on Shaftesbury Avenue, Shaftesbury Theare has been entertaining audiences from 1911. On the fringes of theaterland, this spacious theater seats over 1400 people and shows the musicals that are refreshingly scanty and non-cheesy. Past productions include La Boheme-remake Rent and bio-musical Lautrec. There are food and drinks facilities with a snack bar and licensed drinks bars on each floor of the theater.
