When you look at the Palm House from a distance, it actually resembles a huge palace for kings! Well, its not! It’s actually a greenhouse, which was commissioned by the great Emperor Franz Joseph in 1882. Since then, this grand greenhouse has been home to many sub-tropical, tropical, European, and Mediterranean plants. Interior of the place is divided into three different zones with three climatic ranges. Each one of them is connected to the other by a series of tunnels to go to and fro.
