The Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception

The Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception is the headquarters of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Syracuse. It is situated in a magnificent, stone-walled building, constructed in the 19th Century, with a prominent bell tower and steeple. The navel features high vaults and imposing walls, while the hallowed altar is surrounded by beautiful stained glass windows. This historic church has both a sacred and romantic atmosphere for hosting weddings and it also conducts other sacraments. The outreach projects are based on providing free clothes, food, shelter, furniture and essential financial and law services to the downtrodden.
