Inaugurated in 1926, Ulster Performing Arts Center is one of the oldest theaters in Kingston. The center is spread over four levels with eleven bays and has semicircular interiors. It showcases a prominent influence of Classical Revival architecture and the interiors are adorned with intricate artwork on the granite and stone walls. The venue is registered under the National Register of Historic Places and is available for performing arts and music performances. It is a popular venue for touring concert groups and can accommodate up to 1,500 spectators for a single event.
