Hoyt Sherman Auditorium is an excellent entertainment center in Des Moines, Iowa. The magnificent building was constructed in 1877 and it belonged to Hoyt Sherman. After his death, the building served various purposes until it was taken over by The Women’s Club and an art gallery was installed. Today it has a historic theater as well and the auditorium looks as good as when it was first constructed. It is exciting to catch a show in this magnificent building.
