The Adler Theatre originally known as the Orpheum Theatre, opened on November 25, 1931. It was renamed, when the RiverCenter For The Performing Arts, Inc. took over in 1981. The 2,400 seater boasts of having eminent personalities like John Barrymore, Liberace, Ella Fitzgerald, Pearl Bailey and also Broadway greats—celebrities, dancers and comedians perform on its stage. The renovations undertaken in 2005-06 not only maintained the grandeur of the theatre, but also revamped the condition of all the technical aspects involved. There is ample parking space available. The Adler truly stands for beauty and style amalgamated to give the viewer an unforgettable experience.
