Practical and unpretentious, with a hint of unavoidable charm, the red shed in a wooden building exterior, makes The Labour Club a charming must-visit destination for all live music and beer lovers. With top-notch performances by both local bands as well as touring artists, the club usually sees a packed house on almost all nights of the week. The club is run by a committee of the Wakefield Constituency Labour Party, and is also known as the Red Shed, the Wakefield Constituency Labour Party Club, or the Tardis. It's even open to children accompanied by parents until 9p, and also hosts special Red Shed junior events. The club is located close to the Wakefield city center. Call for additional information.
