The Rural Life Centre is located in a quaint village. It is a well established village museum that reflects the intricacies of village life. Spread across large acres of land, the center includes gardens, farm equipments, barns and much more. It's an interesting storehouse of information depicting village life articulately. You can also see various structures that have been restored to their past glory. The wooden Village Hall, Granary, Cricket Pavilion are some of the structures that were saved from demolition. The Gypsy Caravan is also quite popular with the children. The Old Kiln Light Railway will take you back to the time of steam engines. It runs on Sundays and bank holidays. The center also consists of sizable portion of gardens and woodland. Hence it is also used as a venue for events such as craft markets, wedding blessings and others.
