Elmdale House

The last of the taverns in sunny Ottawa, Elmdale House is one place that has managed to retain its charm and its customers. One of the few places in the city where cold beer and friends seem like the best thing in life, Elmdale really takes you back to the 1960 movies. Home to several patrons and musicians, Elmdale is the local watering hole for a number of people in the neighborhood. So you more or less get to see a lot of authentic Ottawa within. Fret not, this is not one of those places where people bash you up for venturing into their joint; for all you know you may leave for the night with friends for life.
