Built in 1966, the Harder Stadium was formerly home to the University of California: Santa Barbara football team. But due to budget cuts the program eventually ended. The 17,000 seating facility now hosts numerous sports events like rugby and soccer. "Extravaganza", an annual three day party hosted by the Associated Students Program Board, offers some great live entertainment by local bands and includes other activities. Local championships and concerts hosted here are other events that drives crowds in large numbers.
