200 Abercorn Street, Savannah, GA, United States, 31401
The Colonial Park Cemetery is one of Savannah’s most known and beautiful restorations. This six-acre cemetery was established around 1750 and served as a burial ground for people of all denominations, including Button Gwinnett, a signer of the Declaration of Independence, the victims of the 1820 Yellow Fever epidemic, and others. It served as the public cemetery up until 1853.
